Role Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Site Engineer with 2–4 years of experience to manage day-to-day site activities, quality control, contractor supervision, and progress reporting for architectural and interior construction projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
•Supervise and manage execution of work as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards
•Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project managers for timely progress
•Verify measurements, quantities, and prepare site reports & daily logs
•Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with site safety standards
•Identify and escalate technical or execution issues to the design/engineering team
•Track material requirements and ensure availability on time
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
•Strong understanding of architectural finishing, civil work, and MEP coordination
•Ability to read and interpret construction and working drawings
•Proficient in MS Excel / project reporting
•Strong leadership and communication skills
