Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled senior draftsperson with 6–8 years of professional experience in producing detailed architectural drawings and construction documentation for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
•Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, joinery details, and interior fit-out drawings
•Coordinate closely with Architects, Engineers, and Site teams to resolve technical issues
•Ensure drawings comply with relevant building codes, bylaws, and standards
•Maintain and organise drawing sets and project documentation
•Support the drafting team and supervise drawing accuracy and quality
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Diploma / ITI Draftsmanship / B.Tech (preferred but not mandatory)
•Mastery of AutoCAD, IIACAD, and experience in related drafting software
•Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction, building standards, and detailing
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver within deadlines
